Our remanufacturing technique is a thorough and systematic process with attention paid to every detail. All fabric and components are stripped from the Herman Miller panel, revealing the core. Metal side rails, connectors, finished ends and base plates are then prepared and power-coated with one of our 9 custom paint selections and baked for one hour at 450°. Custom fabric supplied by Burch Industries is then stapled to the core panel with an automatic, 15-amp stapler gun. All metal components are then reassembled and thoroughly examined for any defects. A new top cap is glued and the panel is wrappped and ready for trucking and installation. |
